This fun Thanksgiving decoding activity will keep your kids busy (and laughing) while dinner is prepared. Also great for homeschool units!

I learned a long time ago that one of the tricks to keeping my kids busy while Thanksgiving dinner is being prepared is to have activities to keep them entertained. I have a huge round up of coloring and activity pages I put together years ago and thought it would be fun to add to it with my own Thanksgiving activity page: decoding secret messages (aka jokes).

My kids love coloring pages, but they are getting a little older so having something different to entertain them will be great. They were so excited as they watched me put these pages together and I know your kids will love them too! You could also use these decoding activity pages as a fun Thanksgiving break activity for kids. If you homeschool, you could even incorporate it into your homeschool unit!
