Cooking and baking are two of my favorite activities but I don’t always have a lot of time to devote to it. That’s why so many of the recipes on my site are quick and easy to make. They use ingredients that you probably already have at home or can easily buy at the store. So if you’ve been looking to try a few new recipes this year, I highly suggest one of the 5 listed in this post.

It’s a great way to get your veggies and protein plus the olive oil cuts down on the unhealthy calories. Serve it on weekdays or weekends.
