I love the idea of taking some of the fun traditions surrounding St. Patrick’s Day and putting a twist on them. But instead of focusing on catching leprechauns or finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, what if you tried to create a bit of luck for your family, friends or strangers? These cute “You Got Lucky” notes are perfect! Check out these creative ways to use them:

Ideas for Using the You Got Lucky Notes

  • Lunch Box: Hide one in your kids’ lunch with a special treat.
  • Random Act of Kindness: Attach a $5 gift card and leave it for a friend, neighbor or stranger.
  • Secret Service: Encourage your family to do an act of service, then leave the note so it can be used by that person for another act of service.
  • Jacket Pocket Surprise: Attach money or a gift card and put in a family members jacket to find later.

Best Tips for Making Your Notes (and Other Printables) Last Longer

One of my favorite craft “tools” is my personal laminator. It’s perfect for printables that I want to be able to reuse, which saves me money! Especially for printables that are done in color, such as BINGO cards.
