Creamy Frozen S'mores Bites

  • 3 King size Hershey's milk chocolate bars
  • 2 8 oz containers Cool Whip
  • 50 vanilla wafers crushed


  1. Melt chocolate bars in microwave in 30 second increments until soft but not runny.

  2. Fold in Cool Whip using a spatula or hand mixer until well blended.

  3. Chill in freezer for 20 minutes.

  4. While mixture is chilling, crush vanilla wafers. You don't need it to be a fine powder. Keep some of the larger pieces in. Pour onto a plate.

  5. Line a cookie sheet with silicone mat, wax paper or parchment paper.

  6. Using a cookie scoop, drop balls on top of crushed wafers. With a spoon or your hands, cover the balls with the cookies. Once completely covered, gently pick up the ball with your hand and form it into a round shape.

  7. Place the balls on the cookie sheet and put them in the freezer. After about an hour, you can move them to a storage container with a lid.

  8. Keep the s'mores bites stored in the freezer and serve frozen.
